There are some artists that believe one has to suffer endlessly to be endlessly avant garde or creative. Not the artists I know. I started contemplating intelligence recently because some miss all the creativity and brilliance around them because they are too concerned with judging others intellect. The saying goes, "Ignorance is bliss,"yet some seem to go as far as to think the blissful are ignorant. Life brings with it adversities and disappointments, it will always be true. How we choose to see what happens and lead our lives will determine your bliss or lack there of. I tend to believe that a true sign of intelligence and creativity is forgetting about "the learning curve" and seeing that every moment is an opportunity to help others, practice patience, appreciate other's gifts, and recognize the pitfalls of spreading misery or sarcasm. Is it intelligent to choose over and over the sardonic wit? A sign of a true creative genius to me is someone who brings forth light to every situation, finds positive ways to contribute to this world, even the business side of it, and who recognizes the potential for bliss in front of them. Being bubbly with compassion and the joys and questions of the world will always be my measuring stick in terms of how smart someone is. You see if you lead with your heart, the intelligence of every choice shines through. It is the highest degree of learning to be a compassionate soul. It is the highest degree of learning to see the potential in others and ourselves and bring that out with kindness and patience. What will you scatter today?
I will try to Scatter Joy.

You are SO right sista!!!! Cinism is a cancer that kills everything in human beings. I have to fight a lot of cinism and sarcasm everyday - being a Witch, I've had to hear a lot of people saying that believing in anything is naive and not proper of a refined person. My answer is always the same: I prefer to believe in Beauty than to not believe.
In the end, sarcastic people are always worth of compassion - usually they are people who hate themselves, and that are so full of resentment that can't eat all their poison and have to spit it around the world. I am very glad I've never felt like that.
