YOU musgt be so proud to have your art work going to a gallery and for you to be recognized for the beautiful pictures you create. Keep going dear friend. Love Martie
Awwww! Amy, look how beautiful your paintings are! Such softness in your colors.
I just came by to give you a big virtual hug ((((Amy)))) for the touching comments you left for me on my blog today. I was lucky to be able to read it before I left for work and they literally helped float me through the day.
I have added you to my list of magic places because you truly bring magic wherever you go.
Hi Steve and Vickie! I started when I was a child drawing on napkins and even lined paper, much to my dear Mom's chagrin. hee hee but, I really started letting my heart tell its stories through drawings when my oldest child was a baby. He had been seriously ill with lung issues and we decided no day care and no teaching for me, because every simple cold almost did him in. I drew him being held by my husband in a quick sketch and it released something in me that has let so much love come in! I will always draw, I guess. I have a book series that I am writing and many of the pictures will go in this. Thanks for stopping by dears.Blessings.
I am so excited for you to appear in Somerset Studio too and I am so pleased to see you are doing well! Thank you so much for your recent visit to my blog.
love, love, love, it's easy, all you need is love.....
And I shall find peace there....

I will be published in Somerset Studios in the Lively Art of Lettering section in the May/June issue and for two reasons in the July/August issue. My exemplar has been selected for July's issue and my quote is worked masterfully into Rena Askey's art celebrating the strength and courage of "sisters" with cancer.
